This picture was taken after a walking meditation on the beach where my heart exploded, I wailed and wept uncontrollably in the meditation and finished it with this glow.
Oh,The insights and learnings I received during the week.. more to come on that later….
My departing message was very clear though: I attended this retreat (as I have done others) with objective of healing & self discovery, a part of me still wanted the materialistic things – More Money, More Health, More Sex, More Romance etc, I still want all that and more….
But I want the Most is to Serve & Give!
